Maintenance Tips:

  1. Store the pinball machine in a dry environment if possible. Keeping the pinball machine in a high humidity or damp environment such as a basement can reduce the life and reliability of the machine.  It is common to find corrosion damage on pinball machines left in damp environment.
  2. It is HIGHLY recommended to replace the batteries in your pinball machine at least once a year.  The best practice is to change them when you change your clocks for day lights savings time so you don't forget! If a battery is kept in the machine for too long and begins to leak acid, damages can be severe and can be costly ($$$). It will corrode and damage any electrical components that are below the batteries.  In extreme circumstances, it can render entire PCB un-repairable.  If such damages does occur, don't panic, the pinball machine can still be repaired.
